To Collect : Pay when collecting from Level 4-1, 117 Queen Street. Brisbane QLD 4000 - during office hours
Schedules : Send a cheque for the total value of goods including shipping (if applicable) addressed to Level 4-1, 117 Queen Street. Brisbane QLD 4000
COD (Australia Wide) via Australia Post : This is limited to small parcels acceptable to Australia post. Courier charge is as per Australia post COD charges (Maximum sale value $1500)

COD ( Brisbane Metropolitan Area) via Couriers Please: $25 for parcels up to 20kg
Credit card : Call 07-3210 1548 during office hours to pay by credit card or fill in our order confirmation form with your credit card details and fax back to us. In either case the following must apply:
* The name and delivery details given shall match the name on the credit card as well as the listing in the White Pages directory.
* The delivery address shall be what is listed in the White Pages for that name.
* Make sure you have filled the home phone number so that we can call you back to verify the order.
(All prices are based on cash only - credit card or EFTPOS payments will incur a 3% surcharge, American Express will incur a 4% surcharge)

In the event that you receive an Computer Zone (QLD) product that is not in working order, please notify the Computer Zone (QLD) either by e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days of receipt of the product. You must have a customer order number, the product number and product serial number. You will be issued with a Return Authority (RA) and instructions for the return of the goods. If after testing, the returned product is found to be not faulty, you will be charged the processing costs, plus all courier costs associated (if delivered), returned product collection, and re-delivery of product.

In the event that you receive an Computer Zone (QLD) product that is either damaged or not the product you ordered, you must notify the Computer Zone (QLD) either by e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days. Please have your customer order number, the product number and product serial number available. You will be issued with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for the return of the goods.

Customer are responsible to find/obtain the correct components for individual needs. In the event that you decide that you do not want the product you have ordered, return of any product within 5 days will refund current price attract 25% restocking fee . No refunds will be provided for any opened product. All refunds for non _opened items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Computer Zone (QLD) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Computer Zone (QLD) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and your order is automatically varied to order that lesser amount. All credit card orders will be verified prior to our acceptance of your order. Computer Zone (QLD) reserves the right, without prior notification to do business with any individual or business .
